We have over 20,000 square feet of temperature and humidity controlled cooler space. This allows us to properly store and handle the vegetables we produce in our greenhouses. After harvesting, our produce is quickly graded, packaged and immediately chilled to maintain the utmost in freshness and quality.
Our coolers not only allow us to maximize the quality and shelf-life of our products, they allow us to service all types and sizes of customers, including farmer’s markets, restaurants and food service, as well as large grocery retail chains and club stores.
